The score on the screen may not reflect it yet, but that was Penn State’s winning field goal in the THIRD overtime. I called friends before the game, both rabid fans, and I told them “don’t stroke out.” I needed to heed my own advice; I nearly seized up about 8 times once it hit the 4th quarter. I’d love to go to sleep right now, but this much pent up anxiety takes time to clear. Whew!
